Today I had the pleasure of meeting Brittany. She made me feel welcome as soon as I entered. She took the time to listen to my idea and look at what I had in mind. She was so kind, outgoing and pleasant to be around. I feel like a new person with my new haircut. She absolutely made my day! I love what she did with my hair! Thank you so much!

I have been a long time customer at this portage wi location and have seen many many talented stylists come and go. My cut today was amazing as usual but believe Cost Cutters can do better for the workers. Cuts have gone from 14.95 to 24.95 which is fine but I get a sense that the wages of the staff goes unchanged which falls in line with the exit of good people. This is not fair nor legit. I work in the service industry as well and people NEED to make a living wage. Tips in our community are not enough to cover the difference. I tip very well because I want the stylist to stay. Not everyone in this community does. These girls have bills and families to take care of. Raise the cost of a cut and share the increase with the staff. I see your ex staff at salons in town that pay more. It’s not rocket science. Just do better for your employees.
